Semblanza
María del Carmen Sánchez Torres, licenciada en Biología (1987) y Doctora en Biología Celular (especialidad Inmunología) (1992) por la Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Estancias post-doctorales: Washington University School of Medicine (Howard Hughes Medical Institute, 1993-1994) y Centro de Investigación en Sanidad Animal (1994-1996). Investigadora titular desde 1999 (Cinvestav).
